Summary The overal goal was to characterize the differential expression of protein-coding genes and lncRNAs in donor T-cells 7 days after experimental HSCT.
Overall design Independent biologic triplicate donor T-cells were harvested for RNA-seq from a pool of 2-4 mouse recipients detailed below 7 days after allogeneic or syngeneic HSCT or from healthy control, non-transplanted animals.
